You are invited to nominate outstanding local individuals and groups for the 2027 Australia Day Awards, recognising those who go above and beyond to strengthen and enrich the Uralla Shire community.
The annual awards celebrate the achievements, dedication and community spirit of people who make a positive difference through volunteering, leadership, sporting excellence and community service.
Award categories are:
- Citizen of the Year
- Senior Citizen of the Year
- Young Citizen of the Year
- Junior Sports Person of the Year
- Sports Person of the Year
- Sporting Team of the Year
- Volunteer of the Year
- Community Group of the Year
- Event of the Year
