Organisational Structure
The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of Uralla Shire Council and for delivering on the decisions made by the Council.
To support these functions under the Local Government Act 1993, Council’s organisational structure consists of three directorates, each reporting directly to the Office of the General Manager. Each directorate is made up of several specialised divisions that work together to provide services to the community.
In accordance with Section 332 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Council determines its senior staff structure in consultation with the General Manager. The current senior staff structure and reporting lines are as follows:
