Ongoing monitoring

Council is committed to managing our water resources responsibly and proactively. As a community, we all have a role to play in preserving our water resources now and into the future.

The implementation of water restrictions is subject to ongoing assessment of factors including available water storage, weather and climate forecasts, and the need to maintain compliance with the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines and the Public Health Act 2010 (NSW).

Council staff will continue to monitor conditions and update the community as restrictions change.
