Uralla Shire Council is supporting Armidale Regional Council in its lodgment of a scoping report for its long-term water security strategy for the region. The report proposes a staged approach, including reinstatement of Oaky River Dam, construction of the Oaky to Armidale transfer pipeline, and delivery of an Armidale to Uralla water pipeline.
